Core Team

Jyoti Grover
With a background in Psychology, Law and Management, Jyoti is first an educator at heart. She is an avid practitioner of Play Therapy and NLP in Childhood Care and Child development. She has done focused research on Sexual Identity and Child Abuse and designed programs in Child Psychology, Creativity, Child Sexual Abuse and Parenting. She is currently conceptualizing and leading the research on sexuality and CSA issues in schools across Delhi/NCR. Her client engagements in the education sector span The Shri Ram School, The Sixth Element Pre School and Daycare, Loreto Convent and Modern School. Jyoti also works as a coach and HR consultant with prominent corporate clients like Perfetti, Cognizant, Aditya Birla Group, etc. and is on the panel of the sexual harassment committees in various companies.

Diana Cherian
Diana is a clinical psychologist, academician and educationist all rolled into one. With an MA in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University and an M.Phil from NIMHANS, Bangalore, she has previously worked at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj where she did therapeutic work with over a hundred children and adolescents, including cases of child sexual abuse. Diana is also an Assistant Professor in Lady Sri Ram College and is simultaneously pursuing her PhD from IIT Delhi in Alternate Sexualities. She has been designing training programs with School of Life and has delivered workshops in prominent schools like Modern School, Blue Bells Public School and Presidium schools in Dwarka and Gurgaon.

Nikita Gupta
Nikita has an MA in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University, and currently leads program development and training at School of Life. She has trained with leading organizations like TARSHI, RAHI and Arpan and has conducted research on the long-term implications of sexual abuse on adult male survivors. Nikita was previously a consultant with the Gandhi Fellowship where she was part of a UNICEF-sponsored Education Leadership program with government school principals in Mumbai and rural Rajasthan. At SOL, she has conducted trainings with over 2000 parents, teachers and educators on sexuality and sexual abuse in prominent schools like Vasant Valley School, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Vidyalaya, and Shiv Nadar School among others.

Hridi Motwani Kukreja
Hridi has worked extensively in Business Development in various corporates in India as well as overseas. She moved into the educational sphere where she has worked with children and parents understanding and mentoring on various pertinent issues of child’s development. She is currently handling role of training and research on child sexual abuse,safer school programs and mandates, cyber safety for children and young adults & working with schools and co-operates to support the noble cause

Shelja Sethi
Shelja has a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and has worked extensively with corporates in the field of Business Development and Communication strategies. She has facilitated numerous partnerships between companies and educational institutions and has successfully organized events, seminars and conferences at regional and national levels. Shelja is currently working with School of Life in areas of Research and Outreach with Schools/Educational Institutions on the subject of Child Sexual abuse. This includes conducting Awareness workshops for students, teachers and parents.
Associates

Srividya Rajaram
Srividya is a practicing psychotherapist with an M.Phil in clinical psychology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. She has taught undergraduate and postgraduate psychology courses at the Amity Institute of Behavioural Health & Allied Sciences, Delhi and worked with the Fortis Escorts Heart Institute as a clinical psychologist for 5 years. She has also conducted workshops on sexuality issues for primary school teachers of the Presidium Schools. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D at IIT, Delhi and works as a consultant clinical psychologist with the ADIVA hospitals besides being a guest lecturer for the M.Phil Clinical Psychology course at the Gautam Buddha University.

Mallika Batra
Mallika has done her Master’s in Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from Delhi University and M.Phil from NIMHANS, Bangalore. She has varied experience in psychotherapeutic practice, having worked with children, adolescents and adults. She is currently a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with Rainbow Hospital, Agra and an Associate Trainer with the School of Life.

Bawa Grover
Bawa Grover, a mechanical engineer from Punjab University and MBA from XLRI, has over 30 years of rich management experience having worked in banking, business management & operations roles with reputed MNCs, including Citigroup, TCS and ICICI. He is former EVP, Chief Operating Officer and Global Practice Head for TCS’s International Contact Centre and has also served on the Board of Directors of TCS E-Serve International Ltd as well as Citigroup International Services. He is the founder of Hexagon Consulting, a management consulting firm, and currently mentors CEOs and senior management in mid-sized companies in India and Singapore.

Nirupama Sharma
With a BE degree from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from XLRI, Nirupama Sharma is currently the Principal Consultant at Quadrangle Consulting Services, an HR consulting firm working with reputed MNC clients across industries. Nirupama has over 15 years of experience and has previously worked in management positions with Eicher Group, SRF and Naukri.com. She has also conducted courses on Organizational Change and Development as well as International HRM for post-graduate students as the Visiting Faculty at the Asia Pacific Institute of Management.

Radhika Bhalla
Radhika, with an MA (Psychology) from Delhi University and 14 years of experience in HR consulting, is the Principal Consultant at Quadrangle Consulting Services. She has worked extensively with prominent companies like Eli Lilly, Cognizant Technologies, MAX BUPA, Aditya Birla Group and L&T to name a few. In addition to her work as a coach and consultant, she has conducted various trainings with school teachers and designed curriculum for primary school teachers on ‘Value-based education’. Apart from being a Trustee of the TSE Foundation, Radhika also conducts programs with teachers and parents on ‘Sexuality Education and Child Sexual Abuse Awareness’.
